This menu is available from January 16th through February 21st (Fat Tuesday). Please place your orders by 9am, two days prior to the day you need your order. Orders placed for fat Tuesday must be placed by 5:00pm Saturday, February 18th.
Minimums apply from January 16th through February 18th.
Shrimp Étouffée
This butter-based dish is loaded with vegetables and shrimp in a sauce lightly acented with cayenne pepper.
Be sure to order rice to soak up all the juices!
Go for the real South and substitute crawfish for the shrimp - DECADENT!

Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp, tomatoes and large chunks of crisp-tender vegetables, served over rice.

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Chunks of chicken and smoked sausage simmered in a mildly spicy, rich, thick sauce with
onions, peppers and celery, served over rice.

Red Beans
Red beans simmered for hours with onions, celery, bell peppers and spices.
Then we add smoked sausage slices and you serve it over rice.
Don’t forget to top it with grated cheddar and plenty of chopped scallions!

Baked Black Beans
Black beans accented with cilantro, cumin and a touch of serrano pepper.
These can be served as a vegetarian main dish when served over rice (Vegetarian).

This cornbread is typical of the South, not sweet like the cornbread in New England.
Serve with any of our entrees or side dishes.

If you prefer baguettes to cornbread, these small baguettes are perfect for
sopping up all the juices of our delicious cajun creations.

Savory Green Beans
Green beans, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, dill, savory and salt & pepper (Vegetarian).

Zucchini Casserole
This delicious casserole combines zucchini, rice, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, green chilies,
cheese, sour cream and seasonings for a belly-warming side dish - or a main vegetarian dish (Vegetarian).
Serves 2 as an entree, 4 as a side $9.00.

Dirty Rice
This rice is a flavorful alternative to traditional white rice.
Cooked with chicken stock, chicken livers, spices and seasonings.

King Cake
Traditional of Mardis Gras, this “cake” is actually made with a yeast dough and formed into a large ring.
It has cinnamon sugar or apple filling inside, and the top is glazed with white icing and
sprinkled with sugars in the colors of Mardi Gras: gold, green and purple.
Comes with a tiny plastic baby for hiding inside the cake,
and Mardi Gras beads to complete the celebration.

Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card number to secure your order.
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be received by 3:00pm Monday, November 21st. Any changes or cancellations must be received and confirmed by the owner to be valid. We are all about freshness, so our items are made fresh for your order, although preparation for your order usually begins the day before. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Our meals are packaged in "ovenables," containers that may be baked or microwaved. Pick some up for dinner - perfect for a hectic winter day when you don't have time to prepare dinner for all the busy students and athletes in your family. We have all your Valentine's treats in our bakery cases daily - chocolate-dipped shortbread hearts, frosted sugar hearts, shortbread linzer hearts, linzer tartlets, chocolate buttermilk hearts, chocolate-dipped long-stemmed strawberries and hand-rolled truffles. They are only here through Valentine's Day, so get your fix before they disappear until next year!
